Sean Caetano joins StoneTree Investment Partners as Vice President of Business Transformation

StoneTree Investment Partners (“StoneTree”) announced that Sean Caetano has joined the firm as Vice President of Business Transformation. Sean will focus on Advanced Manufacturing, leveraging his background in design engineering, operational excellence, and digital transformation, having served at Deloitte Consulting and American Industrial Partners. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland along with both a Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Partners and Co-Heads of StoneTree Investment Partners are Joel Stanwood and Chris Dupré. Prior to launching StoneTree, Joel served as a Partner at American Industrial Partners, while Chris served as a Partner at Renovo and Wingate Partners.
Founded in 2021, Dallas-based StoneTree Investment Partners is an industrials-focused private investment firm who selectively invests in established niche manufacturing and industrial companies. StoneTree principals bring broad experience across multiple verticals, and seek investments where the StoneTree team can serve alongside employees to elevate the company. StoneTree seeks control investments in industrial manufacturing companies in the US and Canada, with 150+ employees, revenue $50 to $200 million, and EBITDA $4 to $10 million.
