
Isaiah Drummond

Mr. Drummond brings a distinctive combination of engineering rigor, strategy consulting, and international experience to StoneTree's Business Transformation Practice.
Mr. Drummond began his career at Bain & Company in their Energy & Natural Resources and Performance Improvement practices, where he optimized manufacturing processes, reduced procurement costs, redefined corporate strategies, and led commercial due diligence. He consistently earned top rankings and received his office's Operating Principles Award. He then joined BioLite, a clean energy company operating across Sub-Saharan Africa, where he led Strategy & Operations from Kenya. During his MBA, he interned at Dow Inc., refreshing its energy demand strategy and building a go-to-market playbook for a new product.
Mr. Drummond received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with Distinction and served as CFO of the Christian Fellowship, CFO of the Energy & Climate Club, and Co-President of the Texas Club. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, where he was elected Co-Executive of the Student Body and received the Frederick Emmons Terman Engineering Award for graduating in the top 5%.
Outside of work, Mr. Drummond serves on the Alumni Board of Christian Union Caritas and remains active in his church. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, mountaineering, curating music, basketball, and discovering local stand-up comedians in every city he visits.
