Glenn’s operating leadership roles include: Lean Expert for McKinsey and founding member of the firm’s MMP, President of an aviation supply chain company, Director of Operational Excellence & Maintenance for United Airlines, and General Manager of a mining company. He was one of the early leaders in Toyota’s first North American vehicle manufacturing plant, NUMMI, which has been written about in many lean books since its inception.

Glenn has been working alongside StoneTree team members since 2014, including while serving the Canam Group, an AIP investment which included industry-leading Canadian and US steel joist/deck divisions.

Fun facts: early efforts at NUMMI are on display at the Smithsonian; Glenn has a California Real Estate License, was in the Screen Actors Guild, has officiated weddings and funerals and is licensed nationally to coach soccer.

In his free time, Glenn also likes to remodel houses, build/restore old Harleys, Hot Rods and Porsches, and enjoys cooking while spinning 70’s vinyl.
