Bob Weber

​

Bob brings over 47 years of leadership experience in global consulting and engineering organizations, with a particular expertise in environmental and civil engineering services for private equity owned companies, Fortune 500 public companies, and public agencies, working across oil & gas, metals & mining, power, manufacturing, and chemicals sectors.  Under Bob’s leadership these organizations have achieved sustained profitable  growth, both organically and through M&A.  Bob served as CEO of ENSR, a highly successful Wingate Partners (“Wingate”) investment, which was sold to AECOM.  While at AECOM, Bob led the formation of the global Environmental Business line as Chief Executive, Resources & Industry End Markets, which grew under his leadership from $400mm to over $1 billion.  Bob also served as Executive Chairman and CEO of USA Environment (also a Wingate Partners investment), where he successfully led an organizational restructuring and performance turnaround as well as the sale to ENTACT in 2022.  Bob started his career with the US EPA.

Bob has had a long-term relationship with StoneTree team members since 2015 upon his transition  from AECOM to USA Environment.

In addition to serving on the StoneTree Council, Bob is currently an independent consultant in the environmental services industry as well as the owner of his family’s agricultural operations.   In the community, Bob has recently been appointed to the Bourbon County (KY) Board of Health and is active in several equestrian organizations in the US and internationally.

Bob has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and his Master of Science in Public Health (Environmental Management) from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.  He has completed additional executive education programs at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and is a registered professional engineer in Illinois, California, and North Carolina.
